Fitting into other's shoes
__________________________________________________________It's Day 17 and i finally understand how hard my mum has been working over the past 25 years..It's really not easy to work everyday non-stop without resting much...Moreover my mother still need to take care of the house even after she went home...Mother's Day is coming soon...not sure what i am going to give her this year...just hope that she could stop working soon and start her journey around the world with my father...which is what i always wanted la...haha...
This week been working full shift..11hours everyday because there is a shortage of manpower...I really wonder why such an extablished company can be so stingy in hiring more people and giving more salary to their employees..How could you expect employees to sweat and bleed for the company if there is no incentives or welfare for them? I think if they don't change the system quick..they will eventually close down soon lor...
Owww...really tired now...two more days before my 1st off...working is really more tiring then studying man...have to get use to it soon..
