Gangs Of Yew Tee

It was a damn scary and eerie run....i started my schedule to run after my work today....I quickly change my running attire and headed down...there was this huge canal at the back of my flat...it separates the residential area from the industries area...that canal was very eerie because the lights are very dim and on the other side there was hardly any lamppost to guide the road..but i decided to give it a go and run around the canal...at the start it was OK...then after a while i heard voices coming from the serenity when i get clsoer to the other side...so i decided to run faster...i ran as fast as i could out of the darkest zone...then... i can feel as if someone was touching me....Arghh!!!....I freaked out and continued running like a mad blind man until i saw a bleak of ligh guiding me out at the end of the road...out of my curiosity i turned back...then guess what i saw....IT WAS Actually... A GROUP OF BANGLADESH WORKERS...lol...they really camouflaged themselves very well...i could hardly noticed them in the darkness...luckily they were not robbers...because when i ran finished and head back home..my mum told me that recently there was just a robbery happened at the canal...a group of Bangladesh workers robbed a man running...and when they found out that he got no money..they beat him up until he went hospital...i was so lucky that the group i met where not robbers...but they don't seemed friendly as well so tomorrow i guess i will try another route...i don't wish to be engulfed by darkness...There seems to be a increase in a trend of Bangladesh workers hanging around in groups at dark corners...i am satisfied with today's training...around 5 km run and 2 sets of statics...now i felling very tired now...shall go and sleep cause more training tomorrow...

Meals after training always seem to be not enough...i think i ate my dinner within 10 mins today...lol....It's raining damn heavy now...would be a good night sleep for me...=D Anyone interested in watching "Transformers" this sunday...give me a Yeah! if coming...=P
